30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your TDS Mobile for Business service within the first 30 days after activation, TDS will refund your first month’s service charges. You must call to request disconnection of your line(s) within 30 days after activation and mention the “Money Back Guarantee”. International calling charges and data roaming fees will not be refunded. Only available to customers who subscribe to TDS Mobile for Business for the first time. Refund to your original payment method will be processed within 4-6 weeks.
TDS Mobile for Business: Only available to TDS commercial broadband internet customers. Up to 25 lines available per account; price is per line. Prices do not include taxes, SIM kit and connection fees, government surcharges/fees, international calling, or any mobile device. All customers must enroll in Auto Pay with a credit/debit card. Service speed and availability vary by location. To use our 5G network (where available), a compatible 5G phone is required. Not every 5G phone is compatible with every 5G network. TDS Mobile is not compatible with all devices; plans not available for smartwatches or tablets. Compatible devices must be unlocked before activation. Unlimited Plan: Price includes unlimited cellular data usage; hotspot data is limited to 5 GB. Data speed is reduced after 30 GB of usage per line per month (hotspot and cellular).
By-the-Gig Plan: Price includes 1 GB of data usage; once 90% of available data is used, customer will be charged $5 for an additional GB of data, up to 5 GB ($25). Data speed is reduced after 6 GB of usage per line per month. No refunds available for unused data.
