1. How do I download the new mobile app?
You will receive a notification from TDS when the new application is available. Download the new mobile and tablet applications (Android & iOS) from your device’s app store by searching for “TDS Business UC” and following the installation instructions.
2. How do I download the new desktop app?
You will receive a notification from TDS when the new application is available. Download the new desktop applications (Windows/Mac) from the TDS managedIP Web Portal: : https://cportal.tdsmanagedip.com/hosted/, and follow the installation instructions.
3. Do I need to uninstall the old application before installing the new one?
The new application can be installed alongside the old one. However, it is crucial that all users within your organization upgrade at the same time, as communication between the old and new applications is not possible.
4. Do I need to create a new account for the updated application?
No, you can use your existing account credentials to log in to the updated application.
5. Will my account information and data be transferred to the new application?
Yes, your account information and data will be automatically transferred when you log in with your existing credentials. Note that chat and call history will not be transferred.
6. Why do I need to update my previously scheduled meetings?
We’ve launched a new video conferencing platform within our Business UC app! To ensure your meetings work seamlessly with the new system, you’ll need to reschedule any previously scheduled meetings using the updated platform.

Effective 8/31/2025, meetings scheduled using the old platform will not be accessible. To avoid disruptions, please update your meetings as soon as possible.
