Maintenance windows are scheduled during weekdays, between 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM CST. A second letter will be sent to inform you of the specific date that your upgrade will be scheduled.

A: A maintenance window is a planned time that is designated by technical staff to perform routine maintenance and upgrades on production systems and services. Maintenance windows are scheduled during times that are least disruptive to customers. TDS maintenance windows are scheduled during weekdays, between 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM CST.
Q: Will there be any downtime?
A: Please anticipate approximately 30-60 minutes of downtime during the scheduled maintenance window. This is the time needed to upgrade services to the new service platform.

A: No, the new service platform will not require any configuration changes to be made to your existing phone system.

A: No, there will be no changes made to the pricing of your services.
